Tracking Number for Comcast Self-Install Kit?

Hello,

 

I was wondering how I could find any tracking information for my self-install kit. I just ordered it a few hours ago, but would there be a way to view it on my account? Also, can I expect that an e-mail will be sent to me regarding it?

I hope your tracking number works as it should.  If you find it's wonky, I would suggest calling UPS/FedEx directly for information.  I just received an email with tracking info that said pkg was "delivered" and left on the front porch, in a whole nother state!  Then when I opened the Shipment progress, it said was ready for shipment this morning, then in OCTOBER was in CA, and then again, shipped out today.... when I called UPS, the number was a REUSED number.  My pkg will be here in two days smdh..... meanwhile Customer Service actually told me it was delivered and left then sent back to the processing center

I still had not gotten my starter kit either for the x1 triple play. I ordered it 3 days ago.
