I was told I could see where the service repair person was on my phone that would be repairing my system this am - how do I do that?

Hello SueRL, you can track your technician by downloading the "My Account" app. Once you download it please sign in with your username/password, then you will be able to see the work order that has been scheduled as well as a map with a little Comcast truck on it indicating the exact location of the tech. You will also get a notification sent to your phone when the tech is on the way and when the tech arrives at your home.
