Thinking of Cancelling my service.

Alright so this past week. My X1 system has been going down at around the same times of 10 am and comes back around the same times of 8pm+ . This is getting ridiculous, they're sending in a tech but in the end I'm sure this is Comcast's fault since how is it possible that it keeps going down at almost the EXACT time?? My promotion on double play has run out anyways and I'm not getting any headway on getting a new promotion either. Maybe any rep can actually help me here. I've gone to chat and got the run around.
