Temporary Cable needs to be buried in backyard

Hello-

 

We had a temporary line strung across our backyard in January and were told by the installers that we would be receiving notification in the spring that our line would be buried.  The grass is beginning to grow and I would like to get it buried as soon as possible in order to be able to mow without needing to move it a lot.

 

I have seen previously that customers have been able to have this process started on this forum - is there anyone that can provide any help?

Hi KevinHabsFan -- I can help with this cable line. Thanks for letting me know that this cable is laying on the ground. In your area these cables are supposed to aerial rather than buried. I've alerted tech ops that this cable needs to raised. They will get a team out to have this corrected.

Wanted to update you that we have your account on our list to get this cable taken care of. Your area does have a winter hold on cable jobs but we will complete this as soon as weather and ground conditions allow.
