Well, had scheduled for home phone service to be added to my account.  Waiting for the Tech to show up at my house, which never happened, called the 800'd number and was rescheduled for the next day late in the afternoon.  The technician never showed up, so I called the 800'd number once more, the person on the line said the appointment was still on "hold" and was not rescheduled.  I asked to speak to someone who can tell me what's going on and was put on the external hold, and almost gave up when a supervisor came online. Said sorry for what happened and all I could get was another reschedule, then the line was dropped when I was put on hold by the supervisor.  Am I the only one or does anyone else had the same experience???
