Support - always a frustrating experience

Support - always a frustrating experience

It would be nice to speak to someone at Comcast that can actually help without always repeating the same unrelated questions.

In this case: found I was put into an agreement without being told about it and not finding out until I had to call in for an issue months later. Now the one year is up and my price goes way up. When I contact Comcast about this nothing is mentioned at all. They throw ideas out on how to lower the bill but aren't clear on the changes and wha the price will be. Seems to be a language barrier as well that complicates even simple topics.

How does one get these issues resolved without more brain damage. Leave Comcast after all these years?
