Comcast/Xfinity has THE MOST subpar customer service! I am so ready to switch cable providers. I have set up a payment arrangement in the past two months and Comcast has still suspended my services instead of honoring the arrangement and have applied re activation fees to my account. No one in customer service will even help! Why do I have to pay for their mistakes?! I am sick of this trash service. My WiFi lags so much and it’s just not worth the prices
