Self installation option for moving

Hi, I am moving to a different unit on the same floor in the same building this Friday but I don't see any option for the self-installation online. My apartment building only supports Xfinity and cables are already installed. How can I request for the self-installation and effectively change my address to a new unit?

You are correct, there is no option online to self install. You need to tlk to an employee.

 

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread in 12-48 hours. 

If you don't wish to wait for a reply:

1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
