Putting services on vacation mode

I would like to know how I can go about putting my services on "vacation mode" for the next 4 months.  Please advise...thank you!

Please call 1-800-XFINITY to set up a vacation stop.

 

I'm moving this message from the mobile apps forum to the customer service forum. Someone from Comcast might see it there. But probably not. It's better for you to call.

Did you read the post above yours?  You need to call 1-800 comcast and speak with a Comcast Rep.

Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

You need to call 1-800 comcast and speak with a Comcast Rep.   CC

I would like to put my TV in vacation mode from 5-05-2103 to 12-5-2013.

 

Please help and confirm vacation mode.

Please call Comcast and speak to a Comcast rep about this. The forums are mainly a customer to customer help forum.

No Comcast Customer Service Reps or Billing Reps read these forums to see your request. Also a few Comcast employee's do post on the forums, their usernames are in red, but they don't see every posting.

Your best bet is to call.
