Promise not honored.

About a month and a half ago I received a letter signed by Mr. Larry Schweber, Vice President, Marketing, stating that, I quote "Your Xfinity Internet service has been increased from 25 Mbps to 60 Mbps. This increase comes automatically - so there are no calls to make." Well, this is not true. Neither I got 60 Mbps - my speed remained 25 Mbps, nor I was able to solve this problem in previous 2 attempts by chat and by phone. The agent on the phone stated that the mentioned increase is not provisioned on my account and suggested to wait until it is noted on my account without specifying any reasonable date.

I hope this is my last attemt to resolve the issue before writing to Mr Schweber personally.
