I'll be honest- Im not sure ive ever dealt with a company that is more in compassionate and unsympathetic to customer's needs even when the customer has been loyal for approximately 10 years. I asked for a 3 day extension for my payment arrangement, and everyone I've spoken with says no. Anyway, since I have to make a payment by the 10th, and I dont get paid until the 13th, if I pay by check over the phone, will it hit before the 13th?

Hi CMom21 -- We can get payment arrangements setup for you, though these can only be arranged once your account is already past due. Your payment will be processed the same day make your payment over the phone.
