On going internet issue

On going internet issue

So I had been getting slow internet for several months, I'm paying for 75mb down but speed test shows around 20s. I called for tech, I don't know if it's true or not but apparently each customer suppose to have their own box outside?? I live in a duplex and my neighbors moved in after and we both got Comcast but only 1 box. 1st tech told me the problem but didn't have tool to fix.. 2nd tech temporary fixed but now I have no connection whatsoever, 3rd tech came and left without me knowing... 4th tech scheduled for tmrw.
So like is it true we each are suppose to have our own box for the wires? And like is there any compensation for this???

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread in 12-48 hours.
