Hi, shanrdh. I've reversed the movie rental charge. You'll see a $5.99 credit for the charge reflected on your next billing statement. Please let me know if you need further assistance.

In addition to getting the billing corrected, consider setting up a Purchase Pin on each of your cable boxes/DVRs to prevent this from happening in the future. See https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/how-to-block-purchase-of-pay-per-view/ and/or https://www.xfinity.com/support/cable-tv/x1-parental-controls-turn-on-off/.
