I was able to get a two year contract and now that it expired, the best discount they are willing to offer is $10 a month. They would rather lose a customer of over 30 years that would pay $150 a month, than keep one by giving a discount valued at $36 a month. This doesn’t make sense. I was told by the company contact “sorry to lose you as a customer” With all the available entertainment options out there, you would think they would try harder to keep you. I want to stay a customer, but if that is the best they can do I will have to look elsewhere. Very disheartening.
