No benefits for loyal customers

I have been a Comcast customer for years I started off with promotion for 49.99 which included hbo free for a year hd free for six months streampix free NBA channels etc and now I have added a couple more boxes but my kids tv channel sprout has disappeared from the regular line up so I have to pay 17.99 for an add on just to get one channel and now my bill is 185.00 I mean jeez I honestly think it would be so much cheaper somewhere else but I love Comcast and don't want to leave but 200 a month for tv and internet is too much. I asked a lady the other day if I could get hbo and not have to increase my bill and she offfered it to me at fifty more dollars with phone I don't need phone
