I can’t go to an xfinity office to request a new remote and mine is broken. How do I request them to get a new one sent to my home? Thank you!

Hi Mariaferrerg -- I can help get a new remote shipped to your. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. I will also need to know what kind of remote you need, or what kind of box you need a replacement remote for, and I'll get one ordered for you.
