New IPad - I signed up for a great deal on a new Apple IPad

As a new member I rec'd an e-mail from Xfinity for a new Apple IPad for $5.00 monthly charge added to my bill - I accepted the offer & have rec'd no notication since then - was it a valid offer - will you ship me an IPad?

I had the same issue occur! After a visit to the Xfinity store and 4 phone calls to Xfinity, I found an agent in the wifi iPad care department who was able to view my order. Luckily, I had taken a picture of the confirmation screen/order number with my phone! The agent told me that I will receive the confirmation email once the iPad has shipped. Since I placed my order on Saturday, 9/30, the order was still "in process".

I just accepted this offer 2/8/18 the email confirmation did not came with any confirmation number. How do i check when the ipad will come? It only said i can check the billing changes.

Hi Devilboi -- I can with your iPad tracking. We currently do not have a way for customers to tracking this on their own. I can get that information for you though. Please send me a PM with your name, full service address, and either phone number or account number for authentication. This information will allow me to track your order.

@comcastzach - I am curious as well.  I ordered 3/17 and received an email saying "We are working on your order" along with a retail installment agreement for the $5 a month - I have heard nothing since.

I figured out that you have to call XMobile to get status. The number is ‭1 (866) 299-7677‬. I called yesterday and they said the are working on orders but they have a backlog.
