I'm attempting to get Comcast setup at my new house which is new construction, but I'm being quoted an install date of June 16th (two months from now).  This won't work as I work from home two days a week.  How could it possibly take two months for installation?

I should add I've been told by Comcast that I am serviceable and my next door neighbor has Comcast Internet service. On the electrical pole in front of my house, there is a Comcast splitter box on the electrical cable.  To make it easier, the general contractor for my house buried a hollow pipe alongside my driveway with a string through it to be used by Comcast to run their cable through it, thus making it easier to get the cable to my house.  How could it possibly take two months to run this cable?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread in 12-48 hours.

PS: The Digital Care Team seems a little behind right now, their response time is not as good as it could be. Smiley Sad
