Never received a Welcome Kit

Never received a Welcome Kit

I've started hearing about Welcome Kits. Interesting as I didn't get one when I originally signed up nor when I upgraded. Could I obtain one?

I'm fairly certain if you have a Comcast customer office nearby, you can get one from them.  Barring that, maybe call Comcast and request one.

Hi, we never received a welcome kit and I do not know how to retrieve phone messages. Can we also get a welcome kit sent to  us?
