Never Received Visa Gift Card

Never Received Visa Gift Card

I was supposed to receive a giftcard as part of signing up for Comcast service. I checked the status website and it says it was undeliverable and returned back to Comcast. Perhaps this is because the address I am seeing on the web page does not have an apartment number however the address on my bill does, so I am not sure what occurred here. How can I get this fixed swiftly?

Hello Melindag311, just would like to follow up with the update. The prepaid visa card will be issued with the correct apartment number. Please allow 6-9 weeks for receipt of the card.  Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Hi, Melindag311. My apologies for the inconvenience. I submitted a request to resend the Visa Card and put the correct apartment number. I should get a response back by Saturday, 5/13. I will follow up with you as soon as I will get more information.

I had a problem with the $400 Gift Card as well. Im waiting fo more than 2 months. They sent my gift card 3 times (No tracking number or proof of delivery). I waste my time calling and asking for it to be delivered. I just want to receive it. When I request the cancellation of the service, they let me know that I have fines (penalty) to pay. I am stuck with an agreement that is not fair for me and only for COMCAST. I'm very upset about this.

Hello albertoaraujo, I see your gift card has been sent and you should receive it soon. As for the early termination fee, being under the terms for your package would trigger the fees if you were to cancel before the term is over.
