Need Help with reward card issue ?

I was entered into a new triple package bundle 2 days ago.

 

the advert said receive a visa reward card.

(the amount varies between ads $200 / $400)

 

Anyway, I called Customer Service, and there isn't  anybody anywhere at Xfinity / Comcast,

that will help. the only Info received was " there is NO reward card on your account".

 

Now that we have you signed-up - You get NO card.

 

I see that this is a problem with several people here, what to do ?

any help appreciated.

 

 

I hope this is NOT the Xfinity Customer Care Service being talked about ?

seems Xfinity doesn't care about long-time standing customers.

Hi 222221 -- Thank you for bringing this Visa card issue to our attention. Our team who handles Visa card issues reviewed your account and verified it was to come with a $200 Visa card. They have marked your account accordingly to receive it. Provided your account passes the eligibility time frame then this Visa card will process.
