My worst experience with Comcast....

....Was "Jennifer". I called to find out about a package and she was extremely rude. She gave me this vibe like she had something better to do then to assist me. She acted like the answers to my questions were common knowledge. I am very disappointed because I work in customer service and never treat or would think about hiring someone like that....
