My cable hasn't been buried

I'm a new comcast customer, I've had service for about a week, they installed a new temporary line, the guys that were supposed to come bury the cable, came on the day of appointment, they left without burying the cable..... their excuse was " we don't have the proper thin cable with us that we need to replace this temporary one" ..... they said they'd be back the next day. They NEVER showed up, I called customer service & rescheduled an appointment, they were supposed to come yesterday & they never showed up.... what kind of service is this???!! I need this cable to be buried ASAP this is unacceptable! I will be waiting for a comcast employee to reply to help with this issue.

They will reply in this thread. They seem a little behind today. I'd give them 12-48 hours to respond.

Any idea when someone will respond from Comcast??? Still no reply from anyone & it's already Friday

Hi SalvadorR240 -- I can help with this cable bury request. I reviewed your account and this bury job is showing completed as of today. Can you confirm this has been completed?

Yeah they showed up yesterday & buried the cable. So everything is taken care of now.
