My address doesn't exist?

Please help. I have been trying to get service at my house <EDITED for="" violating="" forum="" ="">. I have a spoken to multiple people. One Ken Roy a sales manager from Seattle told me if I dug the ditch and bought the conduit they would get someone out to do the hookup. That was 3 months ago have tried calling him back but no luck. My neighbors have Comcast. I even had a Comcast service tech out at my house tell me that it should not be a problem to get me hooked up, ( he was servicing the main line on the road in front of my house he put me in contact with Ken Roy).
Please help dsl is slower than dialup at my house and using phone data is getting pretty annoying. The problem seems to be that my address is not in the system and when they send a tech out, the tech either does it come out, (I am home 90% of the time) or they see a gate and do not even attempt to see if getting service to my house is possible.</EDITED>

Thank you for the update. I received your PM and was able to find your serviceability request. Our construction team has reviewed your address and unfortunately this address is outside of our footprint at this time. We are unable to add your address to our database. Apologies for the information you were given about your address being able to be added if you dug a ditch.

That does not make sense
, both my neighbors have Comcast. There are three nodes less than 300 feet from my house. I talked to a sales manager and a field engineer from Comcast out here in Washington and they said all we have to do is add your address. The cable from my house is sitting at the bottom of the utility pole. I could hook it up but I need my address added to the data base.

There is obviously a mistake. My house is circled in white my cable is runningning to the orange node there are two other nodes that I can pull off of marked in yellow and green. Both of the other houses have service. I had a comcast engineer out at my house and showed me your map and all three nodes where on it. I am asking you to please dig deeper and find out what is really going on. I know this address has never had service, but I have spent my own money to make my house serviceable.

We've had requests for this address dating back to 2014. All requests have come back with the same result. I have submitted a new request asking for more detailed information on what makes your address out of our footprint and if there is any way possible to deliver service to this address. I can tell you that while 300 feet does not seem like a great distance, that is too far to run cable. This may need an infrastructure build-out to deliver service.

Got an update for you. We've been able to add your address into our database. We are now able to setup an installation appointment to see if we're able to get service installed. There may be additional work needed however you will need a tech to come out for further assessment. I can help you set that up. Please let me know what services you are looking for and I can get you price quotes.
