Maintenance REPAIR tickets

Maintenance REPAIR tickets

How can I escalate a maintenance ticket to be worked? Had 10 techs come out and unable to fix issue. They referred to maintenance. Problem is the TAP/NODE.  There are multiple tickets open but NO ONE is dispatched to fix it.  Service restarted 38 times since 11/1/17. PLEASE HELP!
