Loyalty Team phone number

Loyalty Team phone number

I am moving and was told that since I am a long time customer that the loyalty team may be able to give me a good deal on a triple play packages such as the ones that are currently being offered to new customers. Anyone have the phone number or advice on getting it?

I have never heard of a 'loyalty team' myself.  Have you called Comcast to inquire about a triple play package available to you?  Or- visit a local office and inquire there?

Need Email Help? Please post the following information in your post.
Do you use XfinityConnect? The Full or Lite version?
Do you use an email client? Which one? (Eg; Windows Live mail, Outlook, a smartphone etc.)
Which browser/version do you use? And- have you cleared your browser cache?
Which operating system? XP, Vista, Windows 7, Mac OS X
Details of the problem you are having.

The Loyalty Team is just another name for Retention.
