Keep getting calls with no message left from 800-813-6128

As you can see in my previous message I asked them explictly multiple times to stop calling unless they left a voicemail.  I got a call tonight from 800-813-6128 with no message.

 

I've already spoken directly to their corporate "we're sorry" people.  She assured me I wouldn't get anymore calls that didn't leave a message.  I'll be sure to call her again in the morning right away.

 

This is just harrassment at this point.

I continue to get calls from this number even after asking multiple times to not be contacted.
