Keep customers informed about outages

Keep customers informed about outages

Customers understand beyond control issues list the east coast weather event of 2 March. However, customers don't understand why they can't been kept current with the issues. Over 24 hours without any service and the only update is the same. We are having issues and are currently working to resolve them as soon as possible is not an update. Treat us as you want to be treated. Tell us what, when, and provide current status. Now customer service would be " High winds have disrupted service BECAUSE 15 relay centers have lost power and 3 server farms have been flooded." Respect and TRUE honesty will go far.
