I know Comcast do not need any permission to dig at someone property but post their work if there is any damage then who is responsible?

On 9th July, Comcast folks dig my and neighbor lawn to fix underlying cables, but post their work now iam seeing cracks developed in my front side concrete (as they dig a big hole underneath it to fix the cable). They cover the hole and fix the lawn grass also (with few grass damage)

I have logged support ticket with comcast today, but not very much optmastic that support will call me.Though i will wait. But appreciate if someone from Comcast give their openion on this damage and how this can be sorted out. With time iam not sure if more cracks will develop or not?

But definatley its an damage and comcast should take responsibilty of such non professional work that destory someone property .
