Is the CHAT function down, or is it just on my end?

I have had issues with the site for the past 3 days... today the pages that were not coming up, finally did, however, I can't get the Live Chat to function at all. Am I the only person having these issues today? I have refreshed the site and my computer and nothing... It's like the links are dead when you go to click on what situation you would like to talk to someone about. Thank you in advance for any help someone can offer. In light, Lisa
