Is that the best you can do? Poor service when calling in

I've been a loyal customer for many years and my bill only goes up.  I called and if i cut all my premium channels I can save $15.  That is after 20 min on the phone and hold time, I asked to escalate and was transferred to voicemail. 

 

I'm sad can someone help me?  There must be better deals.
