Tried to buy a Ipad on a promotional email ad they sent me.

Sounded good so on 3/17 I ordered it.

They have billed me

I have not received either the Ipad or an order/ship date for the Ipad.

SO, I called. And called and called… after HOURS on the phone no one can answer where the ipad is or if it is coming. They state that 10 days is the worst case but its been a month. I asked to have the $5 charge removed and I was TOLD I MUST PAY it and sometime if I do not get the Ipad they will look at crediting me the $5.

Called. Got tickets nice talk but no action.

Called on:

3/21 at 2:41 for 23m

3/21 at 2:31 for 10m

4/4 3:57 for 1hr

4/2 3:46 for 19 Min

4/3 4:05P for 12 min

4/9 at 10:14 for 24 min

4/11 4:15 for 54 min

4/11 5:12 for 58 min

 

Today I am told someone will get back to me BUT I must pay the $5 or my account will be noted as past due and possibility of credit rating issues.

 

Good Grief… They sent me the email. I just bought the item. They have NO issues billing but NO ONE can tell me where or if I will get the Ipad.

So they want my $’s without getting a product. I cant make this stuff up. IF someone did this to you on the street you would say it’s a scam.

I am at my wits end.

Can you help?  I have talked to supervisors and told it is escalated and they are sorry but still NO product.. but no problem tell me I have to pay!!!

Last I heard Comcast got a ton of orders for the iPads and they were having some supply issues. I know it's annoying, but I'd just give it a little time so they can catch up with the orders. Smiley Sad
