I would like to upgrade my service, but I cannot change it on my account.

I would like to upgrade my service, but I cannot change it om my account. I currently have 140+ channels, 55mbps internet and HBO & Streampix for $79.99. I saw that there is the 260+ channels, 100mbps & Streampix for $129.99-which I would immediately want to get.

Haven't even received 1 response in a week now. It sure was a lot easier when we could chat with the agents and receive a response in 1 or 2 days...but not anymore.

Wow! 10 days and NO RESPONSE from anyone at Xfinity. Are they all on vacation or do they no longer monitor these forums?

I click on your name and send Message, then it goes to a page and just shows Private Messages..nowhere to type anything, just all it shows is Private Messages.
