I need to downgrade service.

I need to downgrade service.

My financial situation has changed, and I need to downgrade my TV service to the economy package and drop my internet to the one just below what I'm currently on.  Can someone please handle this for me?  Thank you.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread in 12-48 hours (typically). 

 

If you don't wish to wait for a reply: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489)
