I would like to lower my bill and cancel my cable, which is never used anyways, as I rely on the internet for streaming. How can I do this without incurring random fees and dealing with customer service? There is a service center near me if it would be easier to walk in to discuss.

Hello Shylams20,

I will be more than happy to assist you with downgrading your services to XFINITY Internet only. I have provided the different packages, speeds, and the monthly rates for your area below so you know exactly what we have available. These rates do not include the modem charge, taxes, & fees. If you are interested in any of these packages or have any further questions/concerns, please let me know.

*Performance Starter (10 Mbps/2 Mbps) @ $49.95

*Performance (25 Mbps/5 Mbps) @ $74.95

*Performance Pro (100 Mbps/5 Mbps) @ $84.95

*Blast (200 Mbps/10 Mbps) @ $87.95
