Horrible service, how do I talk to a manager

How do I talk to a manager? I was on the phone for 48 minutes, only about 12 were talking to the 3 different departments I was sent to, and of the 12 minutes most were me re-answering the security question over and over as well as explaining my situation over all 3 times. Agent I was lastly transferred to that "could take care of my issue" kept cutting me off in the middle of talking, then told me what my problem was and when asked how he knew this was my problem when I was told previously that my problem was with my device not user error he said "well i don't know that's the problem but it's a possibility". I then asked to speak to a manager and I was told there is no one to talk to that they would have to call me back. I have been a loyal customer since we moved here and have never had this bad of service.

I've asked a Comcast corporate employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.
