Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service

I have had at least 6 technicians come to my home and have spent at least 24 hours on the phone with the customer service and my services are still not working. I have requested for a supervisor to come out and no one still has not came. I am not understanding with all of the competitors why is Comcast so horrible when it pertains to there customers and the technicians mind you I am still paying for services that goes out at least 16 times a day and no one at Comcast could seem to help me. So does anyone have any suggestions on how to get some resolve?

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread. 

 

FYI: They owe you a $20 credit for every tech visit after the first for the same problem.You can also get a credit for your service from the time you first reported the issue until it is resolved.
