Great customer service

I am like most people and only post when I have a complaint or problem. I would like to thank the service men who came out and repaired my Internet and Tv. They were polite and very professional. 

The only problem I had was getting to the point I could schedule a service call. It took 3 phone calls, an online chat and several hours of repeating the same troubleshooting steps. 

Everyone was polite and tried to help. Thank you.

With your feedback we are able to improve the customer services provided. All feedback is reviewed collectively and we also are constantly looking for ways to provide a better experience.
