Given Incorrect Appointment Information. Please Help!

Last night at approximately 10:30pm EST I was told that a tech would be coming to my house between 5 and 7pm today, Saturday, March 18, to repair my internet connection. I specifically said that Tuesday did not work for me when I was initially asked, and because of that they told me they would schedule an appointment for today, but when I checked my appointment this morning it is scheduled for Tuesday. Can someone please pull the call transcript and confirm that my appointment was to be schdeduled for today, as the next Rep I spoke with could not.

Hi Soleary17705 -- I reviewed your account to see about this tech visit. I was unable to find where it was to be schedule for today however I did see that the appointment has been rescheduled for Monday to better accommodate your schedule.
