Getting Cable Buried after 7+ months

Getting Cable Buried:

My cable was installed September 9, 2016 and it is still laying across my yard. I would really like to see this get done before spring landscaping (lawn mowing). The distance between the box and my house is 40 feet. 

The tech said he put in an order, but obviously something fell through the cracks.

Looked around under support, but couldn't figure out where to go.

Thank u.  This seems like a common Comcast problem.  It ought to be resolved for the sake of the customer.

I have not seen anyone from Comcast.  I did answer an email about where the cable was located (backyard), would the crew have to come into the house (No), did we need to be home (No).

My cable is still laying on the grass in my backyard, The kids r starting to play in the backyards, I'm really starting to get nervous that they r going to pull it loose.
