File a Property Damage Claim

Hi...

 

I need to file a claim for damage done to our property; the irrigation company came out on Tuesday, April 17, 2017 to open up our sprinklers for the season and when they turned it on, the ground started to flood; they dug up the grass and they saw that the sprinkler line was sliced open exactly where the cable line was dropped at the end of January.

 

I have photos and the paid invoice for the damage; please let me know how I go about filing a claim.

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread in 12-48 hours (typically). 

If you don't wish to wait for a reply: 1-800-COMCAST (1-800-266-2278) or 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) and let them know you wish to file a damage claim. A local supervisor will then contact you.

Hi penguin322 -- I can help you with your damage claim. I have submitted a claim on your behalf. Your claim will be reviewed and an agent will contact you for further investigation on this claim.
