I have Comcast Home Security. My wife and I just purchased a house. When we called Comcast to have our service transferred, we were told that Comcast doesn't offer service at our new home. So when I inquired about the early termination fee, the representative said that we still had to pay it. I spent the whole day speaking with different customer service representatives, all whom were not helpful or sympathetic to the situation at hand. I was able to cancel my gym membership and and another service provider who doesn't service the area which we are moving to without any problems. I feel this is unfair.
