Hey there,

Late yesterday evening my low hanging drop was cut by the fire department during the high winds we experienced here. I've tried multiple times to reach support over the phone, however most of the time I'm redirected to an automated message regarding an outage in my city. This issue won't be resolved until a technician arrives and replaces the service drop to my home. Any help would be awesome, thanks!

@cmdarnellrn

I've asked a Comcast employee to help you. You should expect a reply in this thread.

Hi cmdarnellrn, I am showing that you called in recently, and per notes they were able to assist with this.  If this is not the case please let me know.

Thank you

Hey ComcastPhil,

I have called and was told my account was notated about my drop being cut,  and have had a ticket created for this issue.  Am I looking to hear back from Comcast anytime soon?  I haven't had any communications or an ETA since this ticket was created,  and I have no idea of the status of the ticket.

Thanks!
