I would like to downgrade my services as my bill just keeps skyrocketing. I tried "manage plan" and it returns an error saying I need to call, which in the past has been supremely frustrating. I tried Chat but it seems that is down also. Could someone from Customer Service please message me with a clear description of services with pricing, and help me change my plan?
