Don't let me find out I paid for service I can't use...

I purchased XFINITY wifi on demand for a week and now its not letting me connect, I guess it's a turning on and off by itself, and I want to know if there is something I did wrong to do make it do that, or if there's something I could do to fix it because I've never had this problem before.

You can reach the Wifi on Demand team by calling 1-866-489-0919. They will be able to look into your Wifi Pass concerns.
