I REALLY think it is time that us consumers start getting our rights back. I have been reading & posting on here for a couple of weeks now. And what I see is a company that does NOT respect their customers. I am going start turn the tables back on companies that have poor customer service, but yet feel as they can just stick with whatever is in their TOS/TOU.
And they have a grade of D, so due to that I will be looking for another service provider. Also I will NOT be doing business with any company that outsourced their Customer Service/Tech support this includes Comcast.
