Contract expiration and renewal options

Coming up on to the end of my X1 double play contract (DIGITAL STARTER TV 140+ and PERFORMANCE PLUS INTERNET 60 Mbps).  Would like to upgrade TV to DIGITAL PREFERRED TV 220+.  Anyone out there know what current promotions are being offered that are competitive with ATT, Dish, Directv, etc.?  Thanks.
