Contract Expired - Bill through the roof

I have had the Starter Double Play with TV and Blast Pro Internet and my 24 month contract just expired and my bill went from $108 to $150+ per month.  I only want to continue if I can get the same services for the same old price or lower.  Is there any way to renew the existing package or get a new promotion with the same or better services at the same price?  A chat representative gave me the hard sell on triple play with phone service which I don't want or need.(I have my own cable modem and don't want to change it).
