Comcast's website, 10.0.0.1 & xfinity stream not connecting, but internet is working for other thing

I have internet connectivity, but for the last couple days I have been unable to connect to anything directly linked to Comcast. Specifically, xfinity stream (TV) - but Netflix works, www.comcast.com - is not able to load my account information so I can see if I have a bill due, and when attempting to access 10.0.0.1 in order to troubleshoot further - it will not load. I want to be credited for the last 2 days of service interruption and continue to be credited until this issue, which is obviously within Comcast itself, is resolved and my full service is restored.
