I paid 8 months ago for Comcast to come install 2 new outlets and they kept coming back because lack of equipment. The last time they said they didn't have an extra splitter to hook up the extra room, which is <Edited for violating forum guidelines: "Language"> cause their techs carry hundreds of splitters in the truck . So they told me to just give them a call when I needed the guest room hooked up and they'd come WITH a splitter and install it for free. So I called them 8 months later and I explained the information to the Comcast rep and she said I won't be charged anything. So long story short I got overcharged $85 on my bill. Way too many times these Comcast reps say I will get credited for something or something else will get done and it never does. They never do what they say they will do and customers pay for it. I've spent way too much time arguing with them that now it's more cost effective for me to let them rip me off. Horrible service!
